News From December 2 Meeting

For all of us that were not present, anyone have word on the dividend?

Estimates Ranged from 50 cents to $5.00

159 comments:

  1. 50 cents to $5dollars per share?

  2. I heard $1 a share and it will be paid very shortly.

    ReplyDelete
  3. If no money comes we need to start a suit of some kind. You say 300 strong, well why not use that!

    ReplyDelete
  4. The comments do not correlate to the meeting. A real dividend was announced and is in the bank awaiting final accounting. The possibility of additional money being added to the dividend was discussed pending any settlements prior to the dividend being sent out. A well known lawfirm named Dryer and Traub will be handing the distribution. The dividend presently is well over a buck . That is what I heard . I think we are dealing with a class of people that are doing the right thing . The comments seem to becoming from
people that were not there and are sorta of ignorant in my opionion

  5. was there any discussion regarding frequency of dividend payments go forward? Or is this a one time event with no real structure for future distributions? I realize it's difficult to predict additional cashflows from new settlements, but a structure s/b in place. IMO

  6. Are you sure its Dreyer llp and not Drier llp?
Hopefully its not drier llp, the owner was just arrested

  7. Datatreasury seems to allign itself with top counsel , otherwise I can assure you that Datatreasury would not have gotten this far. Since most of the companies current income is being derived from settlements a standard dividend practice is not in the cards at this time since Datatreasury has no idea as to exactly when a situation will settle. The oncoming incoming revenues which were mentioned were also noted as being not to large so as tp be able to plan anything with them alone. Since we were told to expect this dividend prior to the New Year 3 weeks is a short enogh time to be patient .

  8. A QUESTION TO FB IF YOU WILL PLEASE.
In reference to your Dec.6 TH. post and the statement." The dividend presently is well over a buck. That is what I heard". (On a scale of 1-10, how reliable do you consider source as being?) I`ve been involved with DT. for nine years. There have been many stated, well intended, facts that have never come to pass. We`ll know for sure in about three weeks! Just thought I`d toss the reliability question out to you. Fingers crossed.

  9. Along the same lines....
FB, What does "well over a buck" mean from your perspective? Still less than 2 bucks? or possibly well over?
    Thanks for your posts,
    VID

    ReplyDelete
  10. When I say well over a buck , I mean it is not $1.05 , $1.10 , $1.15 I like everybody else involved am hoping for much more . We will all hopefully be surprised but I have no real idea. The reason why I say well over a buck is because I thought I heard mentioned that the dividend was close to the $1.56 par value that the stock had on the books.

  11. Thought that's what you meant, thanks again. I've not seen the cap table, but is it fair to assume ~ 40M fully diluted shares outstanding?

I would like to see this dividend mature to a monthly or quarterly cycle, even if the payment is minimal (assume no future settlements). This is a royalty business in my view and any incremental business investment / expansion should be through as seperate entity. No need to intangle. Thoughts?

  12. Is Dreier LLP DT patent counsel? DT is listed as a large client of the firm. Are they holding the dividend cash?? Anyone have any idea as to the exposure we may have? To wait all this time... and now this

$2.00 per share X 35 million shares = 70 million dollars! Does anyone out there really believe that Data Treasury has $70,000,000 in the bank???? I`d love to believe it, but I think some of you "Anonymous People" are smoking in the shower! Please top posting wishful thinking if you can`t post a, reliable source, backup. PD.

    ReplyDelete
  17. If there are indeed 35 million shares outstanding the dividend will be pennies!! A company does not give out all of it income in the form of a dividend. How will the company operate? Don't count on royalties because i am sure the banks will find other technology going forward. I have never seen such a large group of misinformed investors.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Huh??? What operations are you referring too? $100M is a very reasonable assumption for cash on hand, if the $1.56 par value is correct. Do you think these banks would spend millions trying to defend the lawsuits if there were not significant monies associated with these settlements or liscenses? Do you think they would hire a senator (Sessions) if it was less than a rounding difference? $100M is disappointing, if anything.
With all due respect (we don't know each other) the last two posts are the least informed comments I've read here thus far.

  19. There are 35m outstanding shares and the dividend will be close to 2/share.If you were at the meeting we were told there are still some negotiations going on so the dividend could be more....so stick that in your pipe and smoke it. LICKA......

    ReplyDelete
  20. LICKA-

You seem to be close to the company, you know anything about this Dreier issue?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Will the checks be sent right after Christmas or before? Who will licka da stamps?

    ReplyDelete
  22. You people are all crazy if you think this company has 100 million waiting to be paid out in the form of dividens. Lawyers, taxes, expenses....etc all eat into any money they received. Do you really think the company is going to take everything that is left and distribute it to shareholders? If they take 10 million and distribute it(which would be a shock) that would amount to about $28,000 for every 100,000 shares you hold, but i wouldn't count on receiving anything.

    ReplyDelete
  23. In response to the 8:52 post.
I hope you like crow...because that's what you'll be eating for Christmass!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yah!! Licka some a that, post 8:52

    ReplyDelete
  25. I guess none of you geniuses attended the meeting on Dec.2. Short story is that DT has about $30 Million in th bank with a yearly burn rate of between $3.5 and $4.5 Million for the legal and officer saleries. They anticipate at least # years of appeals after next October's court date, whichever way it goes. So Einsteins, four years of burn in the bank from cash on hand leaves $12 Million at most for dividend. Count on $.30 to $.40 per share if there are no surprises they didn't tell us about. And it looks like all the big settlements are in and done. Unless DT takes a settlement from the big boys, no more distribution until the courts are done with it or the Congress chimes in and steals the whole deal.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I don't know what meeting you attended genious, but try tripling your numbers across the board...and that's w/o any suprises...that really wouldn't be such a suprise.

    ReplyDelete
  27. OFFICER SALARY, this Ballard and Delucia have no reports no operation and no mangagement experence between them to justify being the "officers" much less taking salary.

And the attorneys we were told are on contingency, so whats all that cost about.

This Dreyer probably figured a way to get it into these guys pokets. I smell a RAT

    ReplyDelete
  28. We will see in the next couple of weeks. I'm sticking to my $.30- $.40 per share range. If the numbers were really trippled- don't know what meeting you were at?- then why don't you buy up all those shares for sale at $7 and $7.50?????? Time be serious not abusive...

    ReplyDelete
  29. The largest banks have not settled and The Oct 09 date is a significant date since the banks that have not settled MUST either go to trial or reach an agreement in principle(agree to license).I do not see where further appeals are feasible in so far as this has been appealed so many times already and the East Tx courts will bring this to an end. treble damages if you lose in court. I for one do not think banks want to fight this much longer as they have no further room to stall. Licka or get offa da pot.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hey licka,
1.It was said at the meeting that we can expect whoever loses in October '09 to appeal up the chain and that that can be expected to take up to three years.

    2. Most if not all of the "licensing" deals have been one shot payments, so don't look for much in the way of future residuals.

    3. The big banks that are left are where the gold is- if they don't get Sen. Kyle and his buddies to bail themn out. Making a deal with them now would be the smartest move for DT. A settlement would be sizeable but not strataspheric, but we could all go home with a smile.

facts are facts...if you still believe in pies in the sky then buy more shares and call me an idiot when the dividend is announced.

    happy hunting

    ReplyDelete
  31. Im confused...They held a meeting...announced a dividend...and 10 days later we still dont any info about the dividend? When? How much?
Sounds very strange. Why have a meeting?
    WTF?

    ReplyDelete
  32. These guys must go!!! hopefuly the SEC investigations into Dreyer will spread into the obvious misdeads and malfeasance of this management.

Im sending an emial to Nancy Brown who is SEC investigator on the Dreir case. This blog says 300 shareholders, i think that makse it defacto public.

    ReplyDelete
  33. It's 500 shareholders and $10 Million excess in the bank requirement to go public. With cash on hand ow, value would be $1.00- $1.50 a share as you can't count on future legal damages as equity. This is why the dividend, to bring the cash balance down. As said above, approx $10 - $15 Million to distribute after putting aside for future legal costs = maybe 40 cent dividend in next week or so.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Nope.... between 1.50 to 2.00/share

    ReplyDelete
  35. To Dec 13, 9:04 anonymous. It`s easy to toss numbers around. If your sure of yours, why not offer some substantiation? I sure as hell hope you`re right but instilling false hope is a nasty thing to do. Especially around the holidays. Fingers crossed.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Come on Dec.13,9:04 Anonymous. Tell us you got it from the horses mouth! I`d still like to believe (Nope - between 1.50 to 2.00/share) but without backup,it`s just more blog BULL SHIT!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'm out of the closet. For the last time, if there's a divy it will be between $.30 and $.40 per share. If it was going to be much higher, don't ya think there'd be a rush to buy shares??
Be happy with getting anything. I'll be back to take credit or blame for this analysis after the announcement is made...or you can just do the math yaselves and stop listening to the shills.

    ReplyDelete
  38. At a boy, Databoy. U tell um. A friend suggested ,a few years back, that their are more" HORSES ASSES " on this earth than there are horses. Seems that a number of them have chosen to post on this blog.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Dividends will be well over a dollar. Then you will see shares selling over ten/share.

    ReplyDelete
  40. whooa nelly!! keep your your day job and just remember there are no promises in life. this was just a big lottery ticket we bought and are sitting on. if you wanted immediate results you shoulda spent your money on whores and booze.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hey Licka, how many shares you looking for at $10?? Not many, I imagine...

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hey Databoy

Im in it from the beginning. Pennies a share.
Its you guys, bottom feeders that are now getting nervous. Any payday to me is a gain. You should have not got in the game if you you can't stay to the end. Funny thing is that you are jumping at the ball to fast. We were told there is a dividend coming before the end of the year and have not been told anything else to the contrary. So take a deep breathe and relax. As far as me purchasing more shares why pay 10 when you got guys out there selling for 7. That wouldn't be so smart. How much did you pay?

    ReplyDelete
  43. One more thing. Whats the attacks on me, not that I give a shit. I have only posted imformation that is accurate and to my belief true. Lets keep in mind, to my recollection the boys running this thing have never said anything that has not been true or have made any promises that that they have not delivered on. Why start now?.....the dividend is coming. We will see soon how much.
    So licka.....

    ReplyDelete
  44. Hey Licka,

Your words carry the stench of the north end of a southbound horse, with gas. If you truly had a reason to think that there is a $1-$2 dividend to come, you would offer up some solid reason for that thinking other than it arouses you and a bunch of others to think that. Databoy offers up solid reasons based on what was actually said at the meeting. Keith did not say that the stock was worth $1.56 per share. He mentioned that that was the original offering price. He also said that the value of the company is around $1 per share (in cash, which is the only value it has right now). 4 years of expenses need to be put aside at 3-5 million a year. At $1 per share x 35 million shares less 4 years burn equals about $13 million or about .30 cents to 40 cents per share. So Licka on that!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. OK Joja....If you have been following I never once said anything about the so called 1.56/share evaluation. Whatever...everyones skepticism will soon be answered.

By the way because I do follow on whats going on patent - #90/008,685 has now passed re-examination. Anyone have any negative comments bout that.

    ReplyDelete
  46. By the way when did he ever say that he had 35mil in the bank. Never once did he elude to the amount. What he said brainchild was that he had some financial companies looking into taking the company public and a few of them estimated the value at about $1/share. That's what he said. We must listen closely. I am just fuckin with you. I think we will be happy in a couple of weeks. But really thats what Keith said.

    ReplyDelete
  47. nobody is taking dt puplic...get real!!! they found a loop-hole and made some money. party is over. i hear a $25 a share dividend will be paid today.

    ReplyDelete
  48. DTC not to be public, 100MM in bank at leats and growing by the minute, DTC involves more than the 2 patents, dividend at least 1.50/share before yr end. Stop doing the math your numbers are off as well as your attitudes. Licka is the only guy out there that makes any sense. What no babes bough his? I bought at 10 bucks a share yrs ago and am sticking this out until patents expire in 2017.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Now children, chill and play nice. We all want the best news possible but there is no use in making numbers up and then waiting to complain about the results.

Anonymous at 11:04 am, I'm guessing you meant to write 25 cents a share, in which case I agree. If you really meant 25 bucks, then I need to get some of what you're smokin' cuz my sh*t aint that good.

And back to my friend licka...you prove my point, thankya. Please consider:

Iffa da company in kweshun be worf a dollah a share an dere be abouts 35 milluns of dese shares dens I guesses dat dere be abouts 35 milluns of dollahs in da bank. I knows day gots to be payins mah fren Al Conklin fo da nex foah years like Joja tells it, soaz my a rythm tickin' points back ta sumptin likes 10-12 milluns left to divvy ups here.

    Da numbas neva lies down.
Da checkas be in da mail.
Da race be only haves ova.

    peace.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Licka is Keith Delucia himself which makes sense based on what he hase been saying.

He will probably deny it, but he told someone he thought to be a trusted party.

    lol

    ReplyDelete
  51. I'd love to know what finacial companies would take anything public right now, much less even talk to this guy.

That's why this management and this guy are jokes. And the joke will be on us if we dont do something, soon.

If he is a convicted fellon he can't run a public company!

You are the horses ass, if someone is convicted of a felony there is no bank that would ever write the deal, not investor that would buy it nor any trader who would make a market in it.

Especially in today's environmnet with this Madoff scandle; add to that the felony being grand theft- "Yes Mr. Grand Larceny, please be a good steward over my money, i know you will since you have been rehabilitated and have paid your debt to society."

  60. How do I join the "HORSES ASS "Club?
SORRY-You can`t join the "HORSES ASS" Club!
You have to be voted in! To get voted in, you must make a ridiculous statement. One that sounds like it came from a real HORSES ASS . The statement, can`t be bull shit. That doesn`t qualify. Here`s how you tell the difference. When you step in bull shit, you will immediately realize that it`s not horse shit that you`re standing in. From that moment on, you will forever know the difference. If you`re really interested in becoming a member, give it a try. Just remember. There are more horses asses in this world than there are horses. Becoming one is not all that difficult. A number of bloggers on this sight will attest to that!

    ReplyDelete
  61. I just got an absolute update. There will be NO DIVIDEND. There had to be a reason that Keith left and it will probably come out in the near future. That is it kids!!!

    ReplyDelete
  62. What?? please elaborate

    ReplyDelete
  63. What no dividend? How am I going to pay for my plane tickets? Damn it. I'll going to have to modify my 1mil dollar car. I have a patent for wings, so it can fly.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Just an observation, but if there is going to be a dividend DT should be posting that information on their website, at least by the date that the checks go out. So I would be checking the website before my mailbox. But, then again, they didn't even post anything about the Dec.2 meeting, so it's kind of hard to know what to think.

    Intelligent responses welcome...

  68. Whatever the outcome of the dividend, it is a little off-center for them not to have notified their shareholder, as of Dec 2oth, when and if we are going to receive anything.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Why would this crew do anything "offcenter", seem they have always walked the traight and narrow.

    ReplyDelete
  70. HEY LICLA,YOU SOUND LIKE YOU`RE IN THE KNOW, IF YOU`RE PRIVI.TO THE INFO. AS TO WHEN THE CHECKS ARE BEING SENT OUT. HOW ABOUT A CLUE AS TO THE DOLLAR VALUE, PER SHARE. IT`S A NO BRAINER BUT THAT DETERMINATION NEEDS TO BE MADE,BEFORE THE CHECKS ARE CUT. THE INSPECTOR FIGURED THAT ONE OUT ALL BY HIMSELF! INSPECTOR CLUSEAU.

  71. Don't understand why there are so many negative investors out there.
Why did you invest in this company in the first place? You had to do some research and realize the upward battle we have been against. Anyone want to buy the Brooklyn Bridge?

    ReplyDelete
  74. I'm now worried Licks is a BS artist. Your last post sucks. Even if a 'big boy' settled on Monday, it wouldn't make the dividend; if what you said is accurate regarding a div by the new year. It takes months to collect the cash and covert to a div. credibility crusher... unless you can further explain your logic.

I win either way. Either the divvy gets paid by Dec 31 or you and licka get exposed and we don't have to hear from you again...almost as good as eating crow...priceles!!

  107. $1.21...still nothing on data web page...if this doesn't include any new settlements, it's an odd number and I'm heating up my oven for some crow...if this includes a new settlement from one of the "big boys", then it's not so thrilling...let's see...Happy New Year!

I got my check today and after careful thought and reflection of my comments of the past couple of weeks I realize that.....Licka and Clueless are still HORSES ASSES. Happy New Year to the amateurs.

  110. TO JOJA AND DATA BOY,
THIS WILL BE THE INSPECTORS LAST POST FOR A WHILE. I`M TIRED OF WASTING TIME, ON NEGATIVE THINKING PEOPLE LIKE YOULSELVES. AS FAR AS WHO THE REAL HORSES ASSES ARE,WHY DON`T WE LET THE POSATIVE DT.SHARE HOLDERS DECIDE? IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW, TAKE A GOOD HARD LOOK IN THE MIRROR? ENJOY YOUR CROW DINNER.
    INSPECTOR CLUSEAU

    ReplyDelete
  111. Joja says,

I enjoyed my crow last nite, crispy skin and all. I ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon with it, as I received a great financial surprise in the mail yesterday. I must say there Mr. Inspector, you really must do some research on your spelling. The word positive is with an 'i' in it not an 'a'. And another spelling oversight. A minor one, I admit, but you should really know how to spell.........YOUR NAME!!!!
The inspector's name is spelled Clouseau not Cluseau. I think you have been drinking from Licka's cup of Kool-Aid.

    ReplyDelete
  112. I knew Clouseau. Clouseau was a friend of mine. And, Cluseau, you're no Clouseau! .....also, you might stop shouting so much (try turning off the caps lock button) and chill out...

    ReplyDelete
  113. Hey joja,
Thanks for the spelling lesson. I must admit, I can use a little help in that department. However, the way Inspector Cluseau spells his name is not your business' Now, for a recommendation from the Inspector. You might consider spending some time, working on your outlook in life. I try not to be judgmental but you strike me as being a negative person. I try not to associate with or even have discussions with negative people. They will try to drag you down to there level. Please accept this as constructive criticism offered with no distain. If you can find the time, please do a spell check for me on this post. Get back to me if there are any spelling errors.
    Thanks,
    Inspector Cluseau.

  114. I received a substantial check, finally!! I would like to thank ActiveInvestor for the pressure that lead to this payment

    ReplyDelete
  115. Inspector... blah, blah, blah....

    "there level"?

    "distain"?

Why don't you do the spell check yourself, instead of trying so hard to impress with your... superiority to the negativity in this world! Ha ha ha... what a lecture you had there.

    ReplyDelete
  116. I do not believe that the Citi settlement goes into effect until 2009. This means substantially better dividends and larger and tastier crows for the negative creeps with no balls. DTC also involves Canadian suits , the other 50 or so banks and much more. To Licka and the Inspector-You 2 are the only to guys I would have a beer with . Clittyclubber

  122. Just heard from a pretty reliable source that ClittyClubber, Cluseau and Licka are all former employees or consultants of DT. One reason why thay are so mad at the NAYSAYERS is that they may have been mentioned in one of the blog posts and are being directed by Deluca. Not sure which but the source I have swears one told him who they were.

  125. Stupid? You guys are literally so dumb you dont even realize that you are. Smart investors always question managemnet; HARD. Have you ever listened to a Company conference call? If you had, you would know that if the management reacted the way you guys do to hard questions, the stock would literaly be halved that day.

But thats not surprising since the closest thing you guys have ever come to Wall Street finance was going to NYC with some retail chopshop LI shmuck who calls himself an investment banker.

Its funny, you guys think you are defending the company, when really you are showing your true colors. If there is some scandle going on i hope this whole blog gets pulled into evidence as its clear who you are. And I cant help but say it again, its funny that you dont even realize it.

In fact, this could be the GOAL of the whole blog... If it is, sorry ActivInvestor at 7:11 PM, for telling enlightening these morons.

DT. IS IN THE MIDST OF A WAR. A WAR THAT HAS BEEN RAGING FOR OVER FOUR YEARS.. THIS WAR IS BETWEEN DATA TREASURY AND THE BANKING INDUSTRY. THE BANKING INDUSTRY, HAS SPENT OVER ONE BILLION DOLLARS IN ATTORNEYS FEES ($1, OOO, OOO, OOO ).THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO JUSTIFY THE INFRINGEMENT OF DATA TREASURIES PATENTS. THESE PATENTS HAVE BEEN DEEMED VALID AND FULLY ENFORCEABLE BY THE USPTO. TO DATE, APPROXIMATELY 40 BANKS CONTINUE TO INFRINGE. AS THE OCTOBER,/09 COURT DATE APPROACHES ADDITIONAL BANKS WILL COME TO TERMS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST ACTIVINVESTOR HAS TIES TO, AND IS SUPPORTED FINANCIALLY BY, THE BANKING INDUSTRY. I SAY THAT BLOGGERS SIDING WITH ACTIVEINVESTOR, ARE ADDING AND ABIDING THE ENEMY. I ALSO SAY, NEGATIVE BLOGGERS, THAT ARE MAKING MAKE POSTS, ARE EITHER BANK SHILLS OR ILL INFORMED DT. INVESTORS, A $1.217, PER. SHARE DIVIDEND HAS, JUST BEEN PAID. DIVIDENDS WILL INCREASE PROPORTIONATELY AS MORE BANKS SETTLE. ACTIVEINVESTOR IS POSTING NEGATIVE PROPAGANDA. BELIEVE IT IF YOU WILL . IF YOU CANT COMPREHEND WHAT`S GOING ON, TAKE A LOOK IN THE MIRROR. ( NOW THERE`S A REAL MORON! )Inspector Cluseau.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Clusseau-

You again prove the point, you defend DT and ITS rights versus the banks, but what does that have to do with scruitinizing the management. If they have done everything right they should just let these guys waster their time so long as they are owners.

    Just my 2 cents

    ReplyDelete
  128. There is no dishonesty with the DTC management.
As more banks settle, the shareholders will receive greater dividends. Inspector and Licka and I do not know one another. Anyone who believs anything else is way off. This has been the largest patent infringement case ever and shareholders will benefit. The only reason one would be jealous or vicious is that they are shills or did not invest.Clittyclubber. To the scumbag who called me small man I suggest you leave your phone number on a post so I can call you up , drive to meet you and give you the lesson of your life. Apparently you are one of life's mistakes. Pls be positive !!!

    ReplyDelete
  129. Really? "no dishonesty"? How can you guys KNOW this for sure?

The fact that you think you do is what is making me and im sures others who read this nervous. Making unequivocal statements is the hallmark of a real shill... think about it.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Clitty- You are just as bright as Inspector. Again you expose yoursleves. I CAN understand how you know who YOU dont know, but how can you know if THEY know eachother? Unless of course you are all management shills.

  133. Left back? YOU cant even spell. "There" when you mean "their" and "all ready" when you mean "already". And these arent even honest careless typos. You are legitimately dumb, not just too ignorant to not blow your cover.

Sad part is you are probably the brain trust among this management team of HS dropouts

    ReplyDelete
  134. HEY INSPECTOR "CLUELESS"--Money does not make the man- you are a certified "IDIOT" That probably lucked into a good investment. Why don't you take some of your "substantial" dividend income and enroll in a class that will teach you how to spell properly.

  136. Inspector,
I think the detractors are envious since they did not get checks like you and I and Licka. I am off this blog until a later date. THE NEXT DIVIDEND!!!!The detractors should spend some research time and see that extremely qualified men are involved in e- commerce and remitteance distribution. There is good reason for that. Naysayers - Why don't you buy some stock while you can now and be positive like Inspector,Licka and Clitty? Adios amigos!!

  138. does anyone remember when the stock did a reverse split and how many times it was for? i believe it was in 2000 and i cant remember if it was for 40:1 or 50:1. thanks for your help.

    ReplyDelete
  139. it was supposed to be a 50:1 devaluation

    ReplyDelete
  140. Anon-

I have to tell you that the timing is a bit suspicious. I don't think anyone has brought up the facts that:

    - The first setlement was 3 years ago with many others following
    - In August we received a letter stating that that there would be no dividend.
    - The next month this News Blog notice pops up in my inbox
    - Owners start posing and elicitin tough questions on management
    - Then a dividend comes

    ReplyDelete
  141. Here is a question:

Did not the DT manaement discredit THEMSELVES when they comitted these acts and/or associated with closely with those that did?

    ReplyDelete
  142. what do you mean SUPPOSED to be a 50 to 1 devaluation, did it actually happen or not? i never recieved any formal information in the mail nor a new stock certificate nor can i find anything anywhere on the internet even remotely stating anything about a devaluation. what i did get was a letter when it split 6 to 1 in 1999 and a new stock certificate to reflect that but all other mail was just shareholder meetings and current news. can someone please set the record straight on this for me. financially, it is a huge differnce whether i have 180,000 shares or just 3600. thank you.

  143. To post Jan. 9, 2009 8 :27 AM.

    HEY STUPID!
Did you get a dividend check? Divide the dollar value of the check by the dollar value of the dividend per share that was paid. That`s how many shares you have. (Personally, I don`t think you have any shares at all!) I think you`re a bank shill fishing for information and trying to stir up trouble. Your motives are as clear as a plate glass window. Go play in traffic? Inspector Cluseau.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Dah...how many shares do I done got....Dah......which way did he go george, which way did he go ?

    ReplyDelete
  145. Yeah, Dont ask any questions... just back into your holdings and rely on the integrity, reliabilty and meantal ability of a highschool drop out, a convicted felon and a legal team who's leader is sitting in jail.

    now that would be stupid!!!

i know, i know i am a "bank shill", the only ones that need shills are management. all the management could be thrown in jail and WE as the owners of this company would continue as if nothin happened

  146. Here is what I have on the reverse split.

    DataTreasury Stockholders
    May 5,2004
    Page 5

Pursuant to Section 228(e) of the Delaware General Corporation Law, notice is hereby given to you that on March 1, 2002 the holders of at least a majority of all of the issued and outstanding stocks of common stock of DataTreasury CorporcHion ("Company"), consented in writing to certain actions including two amendments to the Company's certificate of incorporation, the first of which increased the authorized number of stocks of common stock from 500,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 stocks of common stock and the second of which (a) effected a reverse stock split of the company's common stock such that each 51.28624 stocks of then existing issued and outstanding common stock was converted into one stock of common stock, (b) reduced the authorized number of stocks of common stock to 50,000,000 and created, (c) designated and authorized 100 stocks of a new class of common stock, called Voting Preference Common Stock, that is identical to the common stock other than with respect to voting rights. As a result of these actions your stockholdings have been reduced in accordance with the aforementioned reverse stock split. Copies of the written consent of the stockholders and the amendments to our certificate of incorporation are available upon request.

  147. parout,

thank you for your time and effort in explaining the details of the reverse split to me and its origin. unfortunate for me but understandably noted. perhaps the gentleman (and i use the term very loosly) who seemed to think i was some kind of moron who dosn't realize how to do basic math by saying " divide the dollar value of the check by the dollar value of the dividend per share that was paid" didn't realize that no, i wasn't issued a check yet. I will excuse his ignorance on the fact that it was probably his upbringing by ignorant and sheepish parents. perhaps him and his boyfriend will spend thier win fall on all different colored rabbits and live off the fat of the land. Just do me a favor guys, don't kill any puppies.

    thanks again parout.

    ReplyDelete
  148. Hey par out, might that be 'WINDFALL' you were talking about? Or win fall (whatever that is). Perhaps if you had 'sheepish' parents bringing you up instead of ignorant-no spelling-spew out the anger-pompous ass- parents, maybe you would have known that.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Any word on further settlements? Citi? Any middle size ones? It seems strange after paying a dividend that no further announcements have been made public nor on website nor press relases.Pls - only shareholders need reply. Any word on next dividend date? if any?
    Silver Surfer

    ReplyDelete
  150. why are you addressing your comment to parout? he didn't comment. anonymous did. learn how to read, and don't be so picky about the spelling.

    ReplyDelete
  151. If a person is going to write a post, spelling is important. Poor spelling denotes a certain lack of education or even, as in this case, a certain ignorance. Besides, why does par out need you to defend him? It sure seems like there are alot of tag teams on this blog. Could some of you be inside moles? It used to be fun to read the back and forth posts prior to the distribution, but they have been getting dumber and more pointless by the day.

    ReplyDelete
  152. There is a name for this rhetoric. It's called post distribution "I told you so". It may not be fun for you, but it sure feels great for the loyal investors. Now shut up and eat your crow!

    ReplyDelete
